He was predeceased by: his parents, Braxton Haraway and Margarette Whitehead Haraway; and his sister Linda Springer. He is survived by: his children, Margaux Haraway Green (Kent) and Amanda Haraway; his grandchildren, Zachary Haraway, Mykenzie Yarbrough, Karalyne Green and Bryleigh Green; his siblings, Rebecca Butler and Harris Haraway (Claudia); and his brother-in-law David Springer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
