She was predeceased by: her father William Barnett. She is survived by: her mother Betty Doris Barnett; her children, Kimberly Clark, Alisha Quinn and Vernon W. Smith, III; and her siblings, Ricky Barnett and Tonya Bird. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
