She is survived by: her children, Rickey Butler (Patsy), Randy Butler (Becky), Cindy Hollandsworth (Michael) and Robert Butler (Susan); her grandchildren, Jeremy Nichols, Dana Powers, Richard Butler, Tanya Cook, Kristi Henson, Seana Starkey, Emmy Lou Eubanks, Joseph Tully, Jodi Ridgeway, Brian Butler, Jessica Chowning, Alisha Crunk and Amanda Irons; her great grandchildren, Chad Nichols, Trent Nichols, Tosha Snider, Brittany Eash, Zachary Nichols, Cassie Nichols, Danielle Staggs, Hannah Cook, Rachel Cook, Randy Paul Nesmith, Cora Henson, Eli Henson, Kaiya Butler, Sean Starkey, Seth Starkey, Sadie Eubanks, Emily Beth Eubanks, A.
