He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Mason Belew; his parents, Thomas Belew and Vona Belew; and his siblings, Thomas "Bud" Belew, Johnie Belew, Willane Abernathy and Della "Linda" Lash.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Hunt (Chris); his grandchildren, Trae Poss (Chelsea), Hunter Hunt (Kayla) and Hayden Hunt; and his great grandchildren, Colton, Gunner and Quadyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
