She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Long and Gennell Lewis (Jim Lewis). She is survived by: her husband Heath of Rockford, AL; her son Kevin Carden (Stephanie) of Rockford, AL; her grandchildren, Ryan Carden (Amanda) of Weogufka, AL, Nici Chappell of Gadsden, AL and Haley Giddens of Kellyton, AL.; her great grandchildren, Remi, Klemson and Réalynn Carden of Weogufka, AL.; and her siblings, Brenda Wester of Dadeville, Janice Gray (Billy) of Mt Olive, Hank Long (Janet) of Newsite, Frank Long (Christy) of Millbrook, Glen Long of Sylacauga and Kenny Long (Judy) of Goodwater. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family requests that contributions be made to Rockford Baptist Church or the Hissop-Concord Cemetery Fund.
