She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley Hughes and Anna Jane Richardson; her sister Regina Matlock; and her stepfather Lee Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Brooks; her daughter Angie Potts (Jody); her granddaughter Megan Graham (Matthew); and her siblings, Yvette Harper, Cathy Slaton, Patty Carroll, Julie Thrasher and Wesley Hughes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
