He is survived by: his children, Mark Toney (Laura) and Leigh Anne Kelley (David); his grandchildren, Jeremy Toney, Shay Toney and Paige Kelley; his great grandchildren, Damian Vonbartheld, Shailey Miller, Brantley, Ellie and Millie Toney; and his nephews, Richard, Bobby, Donny and Jerry Smith.
