She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Hoge and Mabel Hoge; and her siblings, Jeanne Allen and Butch Hoge. She is survived by: her husband Steve Osborne; her daughters, Heather Lange (Jeff) and Stephanie Franklin; her grandchildren, Braxton Franklin, Lily Lange and Daisy Lange; and her sisters, Barbara Smith (John), Jamie Duncan and Jamie Clemons. She is also survived by furbaby Ms. B and numerous nephews and nieces.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Swim Across America to raise money for innovative cancer research including treatment and therapies.
