It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Laverene Davis (Prichard, Alabama), who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Kemmp Davis and Ed Davis Jr.; his sisters, Edna Davis Bryant and Maxine Murray; his granddaughter Tabitha Lamar; and his former wife Deborah Davis.
He is survived by: his children, James Jones, Kenyatta Lamar, Kimberly Jones and Brandi Woods; his sister Linda Boykin; his caregiver Patricia "Ann" Walker (Gail) of Mobile, AL.; his grandchild Kayliee M Dale; and his brother-in-law Clifford Bryant (Gwen). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
