He is survived by: his wife Fran Carter of Henagar; his children, Tony Carter (Eva) of Chattanooga, Drew Presley (Kristine Russell) of Louisville and Farah Stover (Tim) of Cookeville; his sister Dorothy Wicks of Pensacola; his parents, Boyd E. and Artie G. Carter; his son Little Zack Carter; and his brothers, David Carter, Hugh Carter, Boyd E. Carter, Fred Carter, Troy Carter, Lonnie Cater and Loyd Carter. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
