He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Williams (Aaron), Angie Gant and Brandon Tinker; his grandchildren, Alicia Robertson (Ryan), Cecily Scott (Casey), Cody Tinker (Samantha), Morgan, Madison Williams, Mason, Ridge and Titus Tinker; and his siblings, Elaine Kesler, Wanda Bethune (Robert), Eldon Tinker (Sue), Sherman Tinker (Patricia), Thurman Tinker (Marilyn) and Alfred Tinker (Tina). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
