It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Maxwell Clifton (Pisgah, Alabama), who passed away on January 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vander Clifton and Rilla Mae Clifton; and his siblings, Wilford Clifton, Larry Clifton, Bill Clifton, Fairy Boozer, Ruby Johnson, Wilma Bearden and Lillian Guffey.

He is survived by: his wife Edna Pearl Clifton; and his children, Sheila Edmonds Norma Hilley and Billy Haswell. He is also survived by 5 Nephews 1 Niece 6 Great Grandchildren.
