She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Meeks; her parents, Roy Chadwick and Mary Chadwick; and her sisters, Girstle Manning and Ova Lee Cox.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Meeks and Dwight Meeks (Frances); her grandsons, Marty Meeks and Chad Meeks; her brother Garland Chadwick; and also Several. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
