He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Underwood; his parents, Gene Underwood and Pauline Underwood; and his siblings, Ivalee Lynch, Talmadge Underwood and Danny Underwood.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Underwood (Joyce), Rickey Underwood (Judy) and Celisa Barclay (David); and his siblings, Charles Underwood, Delane Underwood, Sammy Underwood and Shirley Marona. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; A host of Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild.
