With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Livingston of Piedmont, Alabama, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Rhinehart and Geraldine Arp Rhinehart; her husband Oscar Noel Livingston; her children, Nathan Noel Livingston and Tasha Diane Livingston; her brother Tommy Rhinehart; and her grandchildren, Lisa Livingston, Nathan Livingston, Jr. and Ethan Hunter Fortenberry.
