He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tatum Monroe and Flora Grace McCloud Studdard; his former wife Langley Studdard; his siblings, Houston Studdard and Barbara Hall; his wife Becky Braddock Studdard; his children, Becky Lynn Johnson (Dale), Billy Ray Studdard (Samantha), Brian Lee Studdard (Denina), Gina Johnson (Kevin) and Colton Grammer (Caitlin Barnard); his siblings, Mack Studdard (Carolyn), Larry Studdard (Sheila) and Catherine Terry; his sister-in-law Dorthy Studdard; and his grandchildren, NatRae, Weston and Waylon. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Billy's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
