He is survived by: his mother Edna Earl Regan of Lawrenceville, GA; his siblings, Diane Regan Linpinsel (Curt) of Loganville, GA and C. L. Regan (Lisa) of Salem, AL; his children, Kerry Pevey of Columbus, GA and Tammy Adams of Phenix City, AL; his grandchildren, Kaitlan McDonough, Keith Adams (Desiree), Kolby Oliver (Raven) and Cory Adams (Lexi); and his great grandchildren, Ally Bryan, Brooklyn Adams, Kennedy Adams, Cory Adams, Jr., Jade Adams and Addison Oliver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Edgewood Hall (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
