It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Edward Dillard of Pansey, Alabama, born in Ashford, Alabama, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Lavada Nichols Dillard; and his siblings, Roger Dillard and Annette Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Penny Dillard; his daughters, Lori Culp (Rafe) and Kristina Dillard Davis (Matt); his grandchildren, Lindsey Culp, Chandler Davis and Samuel "Toot" Davis; his siblings, Garry Dillard (Tina), Sue Harden (Robert), Rhonda Conrad, Laurada Ellison (Danny) and Evelyn Cox (Phil); and his brother-in-law Ed Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
