He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Harold Kilpatrick Sr. and Lucy Ann Smith Kilpatrick (Tammy Thomas Kilpatrick). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Kilpatrick; his siblings, Janice Kilpatrick and Alan Kilpatrick (Katherine); his nieces, Elizabeth West (Seth) and Caroline Kilpatrick; his nephew Henry Kilpatrick; and his great-nieces, Lucy and Sarah West.
