He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kalitzke and Catherine Kalitzke; and his siblings, Patricia, Evelyn and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Tolleson Kalitzke; his sister Darlene Murray; his stepson Jonn Kalitzke; his brother-in-law Sonny Tolleson; and his stepsons, Mike Thompson (Yvonne) and Greg Thompson (Allison). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
