He is survived by: his wife Ruth Carter; his children, Stacy Walton (Wayne) and Sidney Carter (Julie); his stepchildren, Donna Duchock (Nick), Lisa Majerik (Stephen), Jeff Miller (Jackie) and Sheila Gargus; his grandchildren, Justin Rigby, Mikal Speer (Tyler), Toby Carter, Dakota Carter, Maggie Carter, Christi Carter, John Austin Barbee, Meagan Sharp, Jessica Holden (Shane), James Majerik (Cierra), Jeremy Majerik (Mandy), Hannah Miller, Zachary Miller, Kelli McConnell (Derek) and Kristin Clark (Michael); his brother Albert Carter; and his aunt Frances Williams. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
