It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Holloway Hill of Oneonta, Alabama, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hobert D. Hill; and her siblings, Vera Holloway McNew, P. T. and Hack Holloway. She is survived by: her children, Jerry D. Hill (Diane) and Jackie Harvey (Mark); and her brother Travis Holloway. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Union Hill Church of the Nazarene.
