He is survived by: his wife Audria Adamson White; his son Ethan Thomas White; his siblings, Debra Munn (Bobby), Lisa Hester (Jimmy), Regina Andrews and Frank Moore; his nieces and nephews, Brent Munn, Justin Morris, Jonathon Morris, Tyler Andrews, Kaitlyn Shirley and Cassidy Andrews; and his grandchildren, Adamson, Pat, Darlene, Phil, Jordan, Sara Adamson, Amber, Kevin, Jayden Hawkins, Angie, Steve McCullough, Adam, Jessica, Harrison, Eric, Whitney, Ella Ray, Emmett, Evan, Abbey, Ada NeSmith, Tina and Glenn Phillips.
