She was predeceased by: her son Michael Bellew; and her parents, Marvin Carlee and Jerry Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Bellew; her sons, Shane (Renea) and Matthew Bellew (Katlyn); and her grandchildren, Kersten, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Hazel, Lilah, Tamra Ann and Michael Bellew.
