He is survived by: his children, Edson Smith (Christine), Merritt Smith and Clara Vinson (Mike); his grandchildren, Eric Smith (Holly), Cassie Davenport (Steven), Hannah Thomas (Aaron), Brandy Norman (Jeremy), Merritt Smith Jr., Quinton Smith, Tim Frazier (Tonya), Caleb James (Amy) and Michael Vinson; his great grandchildren, Madison, Landon, Claira Grace, Dalton, James, Arianna, Mary Christine, Jasmine, Chloe, Kaylie, Carter, Ryleigh and Paisley; and his great great grandchild YoShaun. He is also survived by his family and friends.
