She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Vandiver "MawMaw" and Ernest Vandiver; her brothers, James "Jim" and Bill Vandiver; and her nephew Clint Vandiver.

She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Garrard; her daughters, Stephanie (Gina) and Heather Garrard (Kristen); and her sisters, Annette "Ann" Vandiver and Linda Reagan. She is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
