He is survived by: his children, Chad Washburn (Brooke) and Dana Startley (Barry); his sister Jana Thomas; his grandchildren, Marci, Mollie and Jarrett Washburn; his close friend Donna McCay Hawks; his stepchildren, Donya Gilliam (Tyler), Douglas Hawks and Delilah Mahan (Justin); and his stepgrandchildren, Harper Jo George and Jensen Gillilan.
