She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lenoir and Maxine Lenoir; her husband Jack Faulkner; and her granddaughter Beth Boles (Faulkner). She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Scott (Jackie); her stepchildren, Tim Faulkner and Pam McMahon; her grandchildren, Ashley Scott, Austin Scott and Destin Faulkner (Krystal); her great grandchildren, Jack Scott, Lane Faulkner, Krissy Faulkner, Sierra Boles, Shaila Boles and Elijah Boles; and her brothers, Dale Lenoir and Ken Lenoir. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital Cancer Center.
