He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Lawrence and Mary Evelyn Murphry Crisp; and his daughter Diane Warren. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Garner Hartley; his children, Adam Hartley, James Hull (Melissa), Matthew Hartley (Jennifer) and Maegan Hartley (Ivan); his grandchildren, Hunter, Arianna, Haylen, Justice, Amaya, Cade, Adrian and Nick; and his siblings, Mary Lewis (Chris), Mike (Suzanna) and Bob Crisp (Su Bette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
