He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Quarles and Martha Tilley Quarles; his son Aaron Edeson; and his brother Steven Quarles. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dees Quarles; and his children, Kyle Quarles, Zach Quarles, David Modi, Kimberly Lybrand and Gillian Edeson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
