He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Thomas; his parents, Walter Thomas and Maggie Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Lowe and Kenny Blackburn.
He is survived by: his nephew Shawn Lowe; his children, Denise Driskell (Michael), Kevin Thomas, Keith and Anita Pitts; his grandchildren, Andrew Thomas, Hunter Wallace (Ashleigh), Amy Grace Pitts, Connor Thomas, Chayse Thomas, Caylee Thomas and Carley Thomas; his great grandchildren, Liam Thomas and Benjamin Thomas; his sisters, Brenda Lowe, Janice Calfee (Curtis) and Patricia Crumpton; and his friend Nita Burns.
Since there will not be an immediate interment, the family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a church of your choice or a favorite charity in memory of Rev. Edward Thomas.
