He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Szcerbik Kelly; his parents, David Y. Kelly and Grace Croft Kelly; and his siblings, Billy Kelly and Virginia W. Kelly.
He is survived by: his sons, David Kelly (Tami), Danny Kelly (Sherry) and Keith Kelly (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kyle, Dustin (Maddie), Reece, Jordan, Andrew (Savannah), Parker and Caroline; and his son Yecenia Vasquez.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Blount County Children's Center, a cause that was dear to his heart.
