It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Joe Palmer (Oneonta, Alabama), who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palmer and Jessie Simmons Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Ruth Vann Palmer; his children, Melanie Rhoades (Johnny) and Joe Palmer (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Kristy Bowman, Kelly Rhoades (Brandi), Kimberly Alverson (Mark), Kasey Rhoades, Kolby Rhoades (Tana), Travis Palmer (Nila) and Mitchell Palmer (Brooke). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
