He is survived by: his children, Jerria Carter (Steve), Phyllis Heathcock (Jack), Robert Griffin (Jeran), Paul Griffin (Anna) and Bet Gallahar (Rodney); his brothers, Raymond Griffin (Pat) and Jimmy Griffin (Jan); and his grandchildren, Jason Heathcock (Stephanie), Eric Carter (Monica), Wendy Latham (Jerry), Jeremy Tiller (Carmen), Nic Carter (Jennifer), Andrea Alward (Brett), Emily Feemster, Josh Carter, Alex Gallahar, Ryan Foster (Jessica), Kayla Homesley (Tristan), Winston Harris (Amy), Monica Henderson (Joel), Cameron Joiner (Dawn), Morgan Conner (John) and Mason Griffin (Lori). He is also survived by 36 great grandchildren 6 great great grandchildren.
