It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melda Jean Littlejohn Turner of Ohatchee, Alabama, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Winston Olan Littlejohn and Allene Smelley Littlejohn; her husband John Willis Turner; her children, Michael Joseph Turner, John Turner (Cynthia) and Amy Hudgins (Craig); her grandchildren, John Michael (Destiny), Joseph, Crystal Cheyenne, Krista, Tiffany, MiKayla, Cassey, Ben and Butch; her great grandchildren, Goku Usrey, Sally and Scarlett Usrey; her brother James Littlejohn; and her siblings-in-law, Cooper and Sandra Turner. She was also cherished by "Granny" to her many grandchildren and adopted grandchildren.
