He is survived by: his wife Tina Surrett; his son Jerry Surrett (Sonya); his siblings, Elizabeth Fish (Dan) and Raymond Surrett; and his grandchildren, Maranda Surrett Hiett and Katy Surrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
