It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Edward Mullinax Sr. of Ohatchee, Alabama, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Lane Mullinax and Nellie Mae Mullinax; and his brother Johnny Mullinax. He is survived by: his wife Annie Mullinax; his children, Lewis Edward Mullinax II, Penny Mullinax Homesley (Craig), Wendy Mullinax Deweese (Ron) and Paul Haynes (Kim); his grandchildren, Hunter Homesley, Houston Woosley (Kayla), Haley Homesley and Holley Deweese; and his great grandchildren, Paislee West and Ember Rose Woosley.
