He is survived by: his children, Robbie Howard (Mike), Lisa Stokes (Danny), Elton Burt, Sherrill Burt (Judylee) and Lowell Burt (Tracy); and his siblings, Roberta Sparks, Marshall Burt (Hazel) and Billy Burt.
