He is survived by: his wife Josephine Heath Smith of Ohatchee; his son Robert Smith of Ohatchee; his granddaughters, Courtney Smith of Oxford and Cassidy Smith of Ohatchee; his great grandchildren, Clark and Cade of Oxford; and his siblings, Betty Hollingsworth (Jerry) of Anniston, Iva Russell (Terry) of Oxford and Richard Smith (Sharon) of Ohatchee.
