He is survived by: his children, Shana Silvey (Michael) of Southside, Michael Truett (Sandra) of Jacksonville and Jamie Truett (Lacey) of Ohatchee; his grandchildren, Anna Grace, Tanner Silvey, Devin Howell, Clay Brame, LCpl Austin Truett, Brendan Truett, Carlos Callazo, Juan Callazo and Kayshla Callazo; and his siblings, Margaret Finch, Donna Sapp, Becky Laxon and Timmy Truett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
