He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey Clark and Patrice Clark; and his brother Kenneth Clark. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Megan Brezina (Wesley); his siblings, Donna McCroan (Mike), John Clark (Linda), Melissa Casper, Lynn Stewart (Stacy) and Carey Clark (Angie); his sister-in-law Jackie Willis; his grandchild Carsen Lee Brezina; and his close friends, Todd Doyle, Tim, Debbie Gilmore, Don Jackson and Crew. He is also survived by companion and beloved dog, Buddy; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
