He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Toole; his parents, Floyd Blake and Mildred Blake; and his brother Dick Toole. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hall Toole; and his children, Christina McCulloch (Charlie) and Michael Toole (Catherine). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
