He is survived by: his children, Christopher N Counce (Beverly) of Tuscumbia, AL and Melanie C Sparks (Matthew) of Olive Branch, MS; his siblings, David Counce (Jean) of Florence, AL and Faye Greenhill (late Loy) of Hartselle, AL; his grandchildren, Victoria Counce, Claudia Counce, Seth Sparks, Savannah Sparks, Naomi Sparks and Parker; and his nephews, Doug, Michael Montgomery, Billy and Brad Counce. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
