He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy (Louise Lackey) and Baby. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lackey; his children, Tim Lackey (Gail), Justin Lackey (Jodie) and Amanda Worthy (Blake); his grandchildren, Chase Lackey, Jesse Lackey, Jackson Lackey, CJ Payton Lackey, Will Lackey, Emma Lackey, Amber Rooks and Walker Worthy; and his sisters, Omega Clark, Paula Jo Brown and Toni Swinford. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins.
