He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Herring and Clifford W. Evans; and his daughter Cynthia Evans. He is survived by: his wife Martha Evans; and his children, Ray Lofton, Otis Byrd (Susie), Jessie Ketchum (Pat), Kevin Ketchum (Morgan), Terry Ketchum and Beverly Lee (Doug). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
