He is survived by: his father Howard Blake; his wife Rebecca Blake; his son James Blake (Denise); his siblings, Ronald Blake (Mary) and Kathie Moore; and his stepsons, Scott Gardner, Jeffrey Gardner (Mandy) and Timothy Gardner (Shannon). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren.
