He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie Irene, Thomas L. McGuire, Dan and Gladys Finnen. He is survived by: his wife Meg Finnen; his son Hayes Finnen; his parents, Dan Hayes and Martha Lane Finnen; and his brother Dan Hayes Finnen, Jr..
