He is survived by: his wife Elaine Manning; his children, Ed Manning (Donna), Bobby Manning and Gayle Long (Raleigh); his daughter-in-law Pam Manning; and his siblings, Jettie Florence Rawls and Mary Ester Cook. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
