He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Janice Miner Burton and Smiley Porter Burton. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Amykaryl Burton Hutto (Amy); his wife Judith Renee Massey Burton; his brother Gary Porter (Jerrie Sager Burton); his son Drew (Paige Burton); his grandchildren, Stratton, Stella Elizabeth Burton, Sophia Renee Burton, Emily Katherine (Emma), Hutto and Sybil May Burton; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Taylor (Ellie).
