She was predeceased by: her husband James Delbert Rushing. She is survived by: her children, James Rushing, Douglas Rushing, Sandy Waites and Bernadine Estes; her grandchildren, Jud, Chandley, Brittny, Trey and Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Chesleigh, Cayden, Seth, Gabriella, Zakariah, Isaiah, Elijah, Azaliah and Amira.

The family has asked that memorial donations be made in her name to Boys Town.
